AVMS Art

Artist

I am an outdoorsy, determined & dog loving individual who has a gigantic soft spot for trying to include absolutely everybody in absolutely everything.

(Hence the County Map Project).

I really really love painting and I've always given paintings as

gifts to loved ones.

I'd always wanted to concentrate on painting and make it my career and in March 2020 I began to make that dream a reality.

First came my map of Walton, then the 100 day sketch challenge which included 95 local paintings of buildings in Charnwood in 100 days. I then made my map of Leicestershire - which has now turned into the first and only artistic map of England to include every hamlet, village, town, city and county to scale.

And I am currently working on a few new local village pieces!

Thank you for taking the time to visit my page, please do send me a message if you have any questions!

'We recently commissioned a painting of our office with Alice and we are so pleased. Alice was friendly and diligent throughout the process and we will certainly be returning for future work. We are delighted with the painting - wonderfully unique and really quite special. Thank you.'

'Alice did a commission of a photo of myself and my dad as a gift to him on my wedding day. She was super quick in drawing and I had it ready in plenty of time. She always checked with parts of the photo before she drew it and did a lovely “father of the bride” sketched into the bench! It came out so lovely and always happy to do requests! Nothing is too much trouble, beautiful prints and beautifully presented!'

'I recieved the most amazing painting. The detail Alice managed to put into a relatively small piece of work is awe inspiring and I couldn't have hoped for better. It made the perfect anniversary gift. Alice was a complete joy to work with.;
