    Once I have received your order I will have it packaged within 1-3 working days.

    I send all my post Royal Mail 2nd class signed for

    Anything A3 and above will be sent in a tube

  • If a product arrives faulty or damaged in anyway, please contact me directly as soon as you can with a clear image of the problem.

    I package each order with great care however sometimes issues can occur in transit and I will do what I can to resolve any issues that occur.
